Running round train at Sharpthorne, 1992
This was then the northern terminus of the Bluebell Railway, but there was no station, so all stayed aboard. The main problem with continuing northwards was a missing bridge somewhat beyond the train, but a new one had been made up, and it may be seen over on the far left waiting to be put in place.
