ILG, Victoria Business Park
Viewed from Maltings Park a small area of green around Pook Bourne itself surrounded by Victoria Business Park. ILG are an international delivery service involved in both courier and freight delivery and were founded in 1990.

Charles Avenue, Victoria Business Park
At the point where York Road turns 90 degrees to become Charles Road. The former was added as an access route when Jane Murray Way was constructed in the late 1990s.

Pook Bourne
A small stream that rises not far from here and is a tributary of Herrings Stream joining that watercourse east of Hickstead. The park provides a small area of greenery amidst the Victoria Business Park, the older units being to the east and the newer ones to the west.

Innovation Drive, Burgess Hill
Part of the Victoria Industrial Estate that occupies the south west corner of the town. The building on the right is occupied by Edwards Vacuums which once stood on a field, according to Hurstpierpoint's 1842 tithe map, called Gate Field, whilst the car park to the left was once Four Acres. Burgess Hill expanded into this part of Hurstpierpoint during the 1990s when the new bypass was constructed.

Makers of vacuum equipment for the industrial and scientific community. Was part of BOC but seems to have been sold to a private investment company in 2007. On the corner of York Road and Innovation Drive.
