Rudgwick Brickworks
Sadly no longer in operation. Despite keeping the name it is now a business park including farming. There were piles of bricks in the front, now it is just the car park.

Clay pits and Rudgwick Brickworks
Formerly Baggeridge Works but now owned by Weinerberger. From fossil material dug up in the clay pits in 1985, Dr W T Blows identified a Dinosaur subspecies later called Polacanthus Rudgwickensis. The dinosaur was approx 4 metres long and lived around 125 million years ago, some fragments can be found in Horsham Museum.
