Houses from 1929
This plaque Image] shows that these houses were built in 1929, by the (I think) Henley and District Housing Trust. They were probably sold by the council in the 1980s to the residents.

Peppard lane crosses Harpsden Road which, at this point, becomes Harpsden Way and the value of property more than quadruples. The War Memorial Hospital was located on the south eastern corner of this cross road.
