Grimsargh Reservoir
The three redundant reservoirs at Grimsargh were converted to a wildlife haven in 2007 and 2008. One of the three original reservoirs has been drained and the water levels in the other two lowered.

New Roundabout Furniture
It was a good Friday night the day before this photo was taken as a number of litter bins were found to have been placed in a number of unusual position. This is the roundabout that accesses Douglas Lane.

Straight Footpath Between Two Grimsargh Reservoirs
The three Grimsargh reservoirs have always been good for wildlife. But now there will be even more plants, animals and birds using them. United Utilities have drained one reservoir, left another half full, and the third remains near to its original level.
So this footpath goes between the easterly drained reservoir and the middle partially drained reservoir.
