This is the view looking towards the junction with Dunning Street. On the right is The Cyprus Inn. A sign explains that the inn dates back to at least 1880, when steam tugs and paddle steamers from Dundee used the River Earn. Some carried Cyprus wines.

Pedestrian crossing, Main Street
On the other side of the street are some of the Bridge of Earn shops - a chemist, hairdresser and baker. In the foreground are bicycle stands, and a planter for Brig in Bloom. It's early in the year and the planters are just starting to be filled.

Dunbarney Primary School, Bridge of Earn
Main Street. Street names can be confusing here, a Dunning Road heads eastwards for instance. This is because the A90 originally ran a parallel course to the east crossing at the Old Bridge, now demolished.
