Army Cadet Drill Hall site, Union Street
The former drill hall of the Blairgowrie Detachment of the Black Watch Battalion Army Cadet Force which stood on this site was demolished in late 2012, and a new Drill Hall is currently under construction on the same site. The work provides a view of the now disused St Mary's Church, located in Reform Street. The church was built in 1858, closed in 2002, and is currently listed as 'at risk' on the Buildings at Risk Register for Scotland.

St Mary's South Church
Built in 1858 as the Free South Church. When the nearby St Mary's Parish Church was demolished in the 1970s, it became St Mary's South. The church closed in 2002 and remains empty. It is in the Buildings at Risk Register https://www.buildingsatrisk.org.uk/details/917049.

Council offices and Library, Blairgowrie
The building (originally Bleaton House) dates from the early to mid 19th century. It was acquired by the North Bank of Scotland in 1881 and was later converted to local authority offices. The library is housed in a modern extension at the back. It is Category B listed https://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB22316.
