Number 12 High street has a 17th century main range and a 20th century cross wing. The main range is constructed of coursed limestone and has a Collyweston slate roof. The cross wing is of squared coursed limestone. Dhillon's village store incorporates Easton's post office, which was called plain Easton until the 1970s before taking the name Easton-on-Hill, curiously omitting the 'the'. The postbox is a large Elizabeth II-reign one and is emptied finally at 4:30pm on weekdays and at 11am on Saturdays.
