"Brick" pit near Yaxley, Peterborough

Yaxley clay pit
The sides of the pit have been reworked from sheer to a safer profile. Evidence of London Bricks tenure are heaps of concrete and brick bats used for roadways.

Mk II Bailey Bridge Near Hampton Vale
Large scale remedial earthworks are in progress all around this area. This is a crossing point over Stanground Lode for heavy plant.

Cyclist Crossing Point Hampton
Haul roads are the only time cyclists come into direct contact with heavy plant on this large scale development. Concrete blocks with plenty of advanced signage warn of the dangers.
