Former BQ retail warehouse empty on East Station Road, an area ripe for redevelopment when the national economy picks up. This popular retailer has relocated to another retail park in Peterborough. The Buddleia continues to thrive.

Former B&Q warehouse, East Station Road
B&Q have moved to a warehouse four times the size of this so this site is in limbo awaiting redevelopment. The local NHS trust use the car park as acentral parking area and utilise bus services to move staff to the various locations t5hat they are working from.
