Old Milestone by the A1, Great North Road, Hardwick
Carved stone post by the A1, in parish of BUCKDEN (HUNTINGDONSHIRE District), Great North Road, South of junction with Silver Street, on grass verge, on Southeast side of road. Erected by the Biggleswade to Alconbury Hill turnpike trust in the 19th century.

Equine Subway
With the A1 cutting off parts of Buckden and the small village of Hardwick. Two subways have long been installed for pedestrians,cyclists and apparently, horses. This is the western side of the Buckden/Hardwick subway.
