New Stone Wall, Kirtlington Park
The old craft of dry stone walling is still alive and well round here, but I doubt it comes cheap.

Ornate buildings, Bletchington Road, Kirtlington
These two magnificent buildings are easy to miss while passing by them, but they are well worth noting here. The one on the right is a former Methodist chapel which was built in 1854 and closed about a century later. The pavement here is very narrow, and care is needed when walking here.

Cottage, Bletchington Road, Kirtlington
A distinctive row of cottages seen upon entering Kirtlington from the South on Bletchington Road. The iron "X" markings are the ends of iron tie bars used to stop the building collapsing under the weight of the roof. This foremost cottage was also a toll into Kirtlington in the 18th century for a brief time.
