It must be doubtful whether the towpath was originally so constricted, but it has been definitively blocked and diverted round the foot of the bridge http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4712301 . Listed Grade II.

Smiths of Bletchingdon
The firm operates quarries and tipper hire. This is their main depot, based at the former Enslow Mill (in the background).
Of note is that the firm still runs a number of Foden lorries. Once a stalwart of the British road haulage scene, by 2015 they have definitely acquired rare breed status.
