A farm shop in the centre of the village. The Blue Texel, pronounced tessel, is a breed of sheep from the Netherlands. An earlier picture shows the shop as J M Walman, Quality Butchers.

As well as the Black Bull, the butcher's shop seen in Shaun Ferguson's Image is still there on the right-hand far corner but has changed its name to the Blue Texel Farm Shop. Does any other village this size have two pubs called the Bull and the Black Bull?
