Footpath junction, Kilkenny Lane Country Park, Carterton, Oxon
The main footpath on the left is heading for the car park, off Elmhurst Lane. It also passes the entrance to the Adventure Play Area. The path on the right comes out on Kilkenny Lane. In between the paths can be seen a dog waste bin. This is a popular area for dog walking.

The Homestead, 24 Flax Crescent, Shilton Park, Carterton, Oxon
The Homestead was opened in 2008, and is a purpose-built care home designed to support individuals with nursing and dementia care needs. The accommodation is provided over three floors, with 68 bedrooms all having en-suite bathrooms. It is run by MHA, which was set up by a group of Methodists in 1943.

This footpath leads to two roads on the Shilton Park Estate. The wooden fencing is where the footpath crosses a small stream or drainage ditch by a footbridge. Just before this, on the left, is a dog waste bin.

Air Ambulance taking off from field adjacent to Flax Crescent, Carterton, Oxon
The helicopter is operated by Thames Valley Air Ambulance, a registered charity. It covers Berkshire, Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire. I don't know what it was doing on this particular occasion, possibly it was a training exercise.
