Lower end of George Street, Oxford
Looking across the junction with Worcester Street (left and right) and Hythe Bridge Street (behind). Jobcentre Plus on the left gives way to the entrance to the coach station. The cupola belongs to T G Jackson's former High School for Boys, now the Oxford University Faculty of History.

North East from the Castle
The view from the top of Oxford Castle looking NE.
The invitation to riot on the roof comes from a restaurant, which may sound unlikely, but the castle was until fairly recently a prison, where such activities are more mainstream I believe.

An important shopping and business street in the city. On the immediate left is The Opium Den, a Chinese restaurant. The road on the right is the access road to Gloucester Green Bus Station. A recent fall of snow is still much in evidence.

Yo! Sushi in Oxford
Japanese food at 73-75 George Street. Sushi is a dish of cold rice dressed with vinegar, garnished especially with bits of raw seafood or vegetables. There are many ways to form and present sushi.
