A 14.23 Relief Reading - Carmarthen is headed by 'Modified Hall' 4-6-0 No. 6983 'Otterington Hall' (built 2/48, withdrawn 8/65). Over on the left is the line to Oxford and - nowadays the Didcot Railway Centre.

HST Cycle Loading Point, platform 1, Didcot Parkway railway station
If the HST (High Speed Train) is running in standard formation, the door to the carriage with the bicycle accommodation area will be opposite this sign. If the train is running in reverse formation, cyclists need to be at the other end of the train, seven carriages away.
