The Queen Inn
On the corner of Oldham Road and Katherine Street.
A former beerhouse owned by Timothy Tunnicliffe in 1868. In 1904 it was owned by the Newton Heath Brewery. It didn't get a full licence until 1960 when it was taken over by the Martson's Brewery of Burton on Trent.

Queen Inn

The Theatre Tavern
This pub on Oldham Road began life in 1840 as a combined corner shop and beer house. In 1869 it was named The Robin Hood and Little John, eventually becoming known as the Robin Hood.
