Elgin Street Bacup
Elgin Street is the second shortest street in the world at 17ft (5.181m). It is located in Bacup, Lancashire. It held the record until November 2006, when it was discovered that Ebenezer Place, Wick in Caithness, Scotland was shorter at only 2.06m in length
