London Cycle Hire Scheme - Docking station in Prince Albert Road, St. John's Wood, London NW8
The London Cycle Hiring Scheme or Barclays Cycle Hire, as it is also known because Barclays Bank is currently sponsoring it, is more popularly known as "Boris's Bikes". Introduced by London's Mayor, Boris Johnson, in 2010, the scheme supplies bicycles which can be hired from several hundred "docking stations" as they are officially known. This one in Prince Albert Road is near St. John's Wood Church and Lord's Cricket Ground. The bicycles are decorated with the corporate colours and logo of the bank.
