"Elsfield", Highgate Road, Kentish Town
"Elsfield" is a block of flats built in 1968 to the designs of Bill Forrest of the London Borough of Camden Architects' Department. Burghley Road at the junction of Highgate Road
The 20mph sign is now redundant as that is the speed limit on the main road as well, and as far as I know all others in the borough of Camden. During the day it's usually impossible to go that fast anyway.
