West Hendon Baptist Church
Built in 1930 with an interesting mix of brick and mock tudor timber work. The inter-timber sections unusually are pebble-dashed rather than plastered. The church is located on Wilberforce Road by the junction with Station Road.

Hendon station
Hendon station was opened by the Midland Railway in 1868 on its extension to St. Pancras. The station was rebuilt in the 1960s in connection with the construction of the M1 motorway, which parallels the lines here to the east. This view looks northwards along the two slow lines. The fast lines are to the left and the two freight lines are beyond those.
