Railings and Bell Lane
Looking down the hill from the triangle at the junction with Brent Street. Two styles of railings and a sewer vent plus no entry and one way signs clutter this end of the triangle which used to be the site of the 'Parish Cage', a lock-up for wrong-doers, from 1769 until 1883.

Street Furniture on Brent Street
This is the triangle at the Brent Street end of Bell Lane. Once the site of the 'Parish Cage' (1769-1883) it now has a lock-up of a different sort in the form of a modern public convenience. Also on the triangle - a double postbox, litter bin and bus shelter. Opposite is a non-BT phonebox and hiding behind the postbox, a pay-and-display parking ticket dispenser. A lot of clutter for a small area!
