Redington Road curves round between Frognal and Hampstead Heath. Most of the houses were built in the late Victorian/Edwardian period, although there have been a few more recent additions; the area has always been upmarket - never more so than today when a semi-detached house is on the market for £4 million.

Oakhill Way, seen here at the junction with Oak Hill Park, is an unmade road running through from Redington Road to Frognal Rise. This scene belies the suburban environment.
