Condemned house on Fortune Green Lane
The whole area is being systematically demolished to build blocks of flats, this is the house where I went for piano lessons in the mid 70s and is the latest to go today. I have taken photos of most of the buildings before they were demolished as they were local to me but this was the first I knew was about to go so I took it while it was still possible.

Looking up Fortune Green Road
The gates of Hampstead Cemetery are immediately to the left in this view north.
This area was part of the Flitcroft estate before it was sold to developers in the C19. Henry Flitcroft was a prominent C18 architect.
