Regent's Place Development
Extensive building work is taking place just to the east of Osnaburgh street which will eventually comprise 490,000 sq ft of office and residential space, including 60 residential units, a community theatre and retail provision.

Regent's Place Development
The red tower cranes are picked out against an astonishingly bright blue sky for November. They are working on the Regent's Place development just east of Osnaburgh Street.

Euston Road construction site
On the corner of Osnaburgh Street, opposite Great Portland Street station. 0n this site previously was a block of flats (according to wikipedia was demolished in May 2007) where comedy actor Kenneth Williams lived in up until his death in 1988.
