Stephenson Way: the back of Bentley House
Bentley House stands at 200 Euston Road; this is the rear, goods, entrance, on Stephenson Way. The building was once the London base of Cambridge University Press, whose arms are still displayed by the loading bay doors. Subsequently it was acquired by the Wellcome Trust and used for book storage by the Wellcome Library (and as a temporary reading room during a Library refurbishment in the early 1990s). The building is currently vacant (2010).

North Gower Street, NW1: Speedy?s caf? and Mazzini blue plaque
Guiseppe Mazzini, nineteenth-century campaigner for Italian unification, lived in exile in this house for a while. Whether he partook of egg and chips next door is not recorded.
