New housing in Devlin Drive
These houses are part of the new housing estate in Poringland, called Brooke-Meadow Way. It consists of 140 houses and apartments built in a classical period style and arranged so that they form a symmetrical, formal design that was typical of the Georgian period. The estate was awarded the Residential Development award in the Property Awards 2007 by The Archant Group in association with PureProperty.
