Halsbury Homes are currently building what they describe as "a superb collection of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses of Georgian style exteriors combined with modern interiors" as well as a number of 3-bedroom bungalows on a plot north of George Lane in Loddon. A number of the houses are already occupied. This development of 202 new homes reputedly benefits from major infrastructure funding support via the Norwich Growth Fund and Hampshire Trust Bank.
