Ford of Tresenny Brook
An ORPA* runs steeply down the hill from the village to cross the brook at this ford - though thankfully walkers can use the footbridge. *ORPA = 'other route with public access' shown on modern OS maps

Grade II listed Alma House, Grosmont
Located on the south side of the B4347, facing Athelstan. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2814242 Alma House dates from the 17th century. The Georgian facade seen here is an early 19th-century alteration. Grade II listed in October 2000.

Grosmont Church
The tower of Grosmont church is unusual in that it is eight sided. Another unusual feature of this church is the nave, it is partitioned off from the church forming a large impressive hall.

St. Nicholas Church, Grosmont
Of Norman origin, the church is just one of the architectural stars of this historic village. The former Town Hall and of course Grosmont Castle are well worth a visit.
