Located on the corner of Spytty Road and Langland Way. A property agents' sign on the left states that this is a former vehicle showroom with a secure fenced yard, suitable for a variety of uses (subject to planning permission). Dimensions shown are 3,940 square metres on a 0.85 hectare site.
