This is the Old Market Street side of Clare Court, a Monmouthshire Housing Association property providing housing with support. There are 20 1- or 2- bedrooms flats, built in 1990. This wing of Clare Court contains 10 flats. The other 10 flats are 20 metres away, on the north side of the central courtyard.

The Great House, Usk
The blue plaque http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4360784 records that the Great House circa 1521 (now 17-27 Old Market Street) was the home of Roger Williams, later purchaser of most of the Usk Priory lands on the Dissolution of the Priory circa 1535.

Usk Baptist Church
If the year 1842 had not been on the wall, I would have guessed late Georgian for this Old Market Street church in Usk. The early Victorian church was Grade II Listed in 1974.
