This is the Old Market Street side of Clare Court, a Monmouthshire Housing Association property providing housing with support. There are 20 1- or 2- bedrooms flats, built in 1990. This wing of Clare Court contains 10 flats. The other 10 flats are 20 metres away, on the north side of the central courtyard.
