Closed second-hand car dealer
Succumbed about six months ago I think. I only ever had one dealing with them. In 2007 they were very helpful with advice about selling our Suzuki; didn't want to buy it though!

But it isn't, so I'm not
This estate of small business units was built a couple of years ago. As it is on the commuter route into Nottingham from Long Eaton the slogan plays on the fact that any one on their way into the city centre, probably has about another half hour or more to go.
This sign has been there about a year, and most of the units now appear to be occupied.
