Former Viyella building, Ilkeston Road
Currently under reconstruction as apartments. Some parts of the original buildings have been demolished and will be replace by new build, and in addition a large light well will be created inside the building to allow natural light throughout. An additional storey is also being added.

Radford: Wolsey Avenue
Nottingham's first response to slum clearance in New Radford and other inner-city suburbs was to build high-rise and deck-access flats. A more enlightened approach in later years was to build small houses with gardens.
