Side of Art-Deco Cinema
On Sneinton Dale. Originally called simply The Dale it was built in 1932 to a design by a local Architect, Alfred J. Thraves. Who was responsible for a number of cinemas in the Nottingham area. The last occupant was an equestrian products manufacturer (it is their sign visible here). It now lies empty, bought by a builder with its fate uncertain.
