School House, Norwell
Built in 1727 by Thomas Sturtevant to provide education for six village children, superseded when the 'new' school was built in 1871, although it probably still provided accommodation for the schoolmaster. Listed Grade II.

The Old School, Norwell
The chimney carries the date 1871. This was the second school in the village, replacing the old charity school http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4095591, now superseded by modern premises on the other side of the road. It is currently home to the local Scouting group.

A good example of a typical small cottage of Mid-Nottinghamshire. Moat villages in this area had many such cottages though most have either been demolished or extended.

Willoughby Farm House
Early 19th century 3-bay brick farmhouse. The dormers date from later in the same century. Listed Grade II. The listing specifically includes the boundary wall in front of the house with its cast iron gate and railings. .
