Eakring Windmill
The five-storey brick tower windmill was built in 1840. The sails were removed in 1912 and it was converted into a house in 1995.

Buildings to the rear of this early C17th pub. The entrances to the taller building/s are at a higher level than the yard's surface, suggesting perhaps that they were not previously a coach house and stables?

Windmill, Wellow Road, Eakring, Notts.
This former five storey windmill on Wellow Road (the village centre section) was built in 1840. It seems that the sails were removed in 1912 and that was converted into a house in 1995. It is Grade II-listed. The Robin Hood Way - a long distance trail - passes along this road, behind the photographer.
