St Mary's Parish Room
Built in 1810-14 as the parish room with attached residential flat, although it is not clear what the current occupation is. Listed Grade II, as is the 4-storey house beyond, built at the same time.

St. Mary's and St. Peter's Rectories, Standard Hill
This fine pair of Georgian houses were the rectories for the two inner Nottingham parishes of St Mary's and St Peters.
With the amalgamation of these two parishes together with All Saints the properties are superfluous to requirements. They probably also represented a significant charge on the parish. It is not surprising then, that they are now for sale.

102 Friar Lane, refurbishment underway
This large building was used for several years as a bar/nightclub trading as BZR, during which it acquired a somewhat unsavoury reputation. The club was closed by liquidators in 2011, but a similarly named establishment now trades in the Lace Market.
When this photo was taken the building was in the final stages of conversion to the Crafty Crow, a pub owned by the Magpie Brewery. (Note the workman on the left).
