A slab-and-podium office block built in 1960-62 to the designs of Evans, Cartwright & Woollatt.
Compared to its near neighbour Image], the age difference appears greater than four years.
Pearl no longer appears to be here, possibly nobody else is either given the sign ("Looking for high quality offices? Look no further!").

Old Market Square, Nottingham

Burton's, Nottingham
An update on Image, at the southwest corner of Slab Square. I gazed at this building while sipping a coffee opposite. In between the Burton name, the words "Dorothy Perkins" appear three times, each time with letters missing. I spent a little time trying to work out if you could construct two complete "Dorothy Perkins"'s from the remaining letters. But only a little time.
