A slab-and-podium office block built in 1960-62 to the designs of Evans, Cartwright & Woollatt. Compared to its near neighbour Image], the age difference appears greater than four years. Pearl no longer appears to be here, possibly nobody else is either given the sign ("Looking for high quality offices? Look no further!").
