Nottingham - NG1
One of the Nottingham Trent University buildings on the opposite side of Goldsmith Street provides the backdrop to the rear of "The Rescue Rooms" nightclub, though the gate seen here. The charred building on the left i.e. 23, Goldsmith Street, was home to the "Posh Spice" restaurant and "Templars Bar" until these were destroyed by fire on 18 November 2010. The burnt-out site was marketed "For Sale" in 2016 at £295K and has since been bought by Nottingham Trent University in early 2017 for an undisclosed sum.
