Belvoir Angel, Whatton churchyard
Commemorating Mr John Oliver, died 1723. This 'Angel' has more elaborate carving than many, both in the detail of the angel's head and in the initial 'Here' of the inscription. The inscription is also more carefully set out than on the majority of 'Angel' gravestones.
