Currently served by a fairly infrequent service between Normanton on Soar and Clifton estate (on the southern edge of Nottingham). The shelter appeared to be being used as some form of community library.

Pumphouse, Kingston on Soar
Grade II listed. Listing number 1242065. Pumphouse. Late C19. Wood, some ashlar, red brick, blue brick, iron and concrete. Pyramidal plain tile roof with finial. 4 chamfered wooden posts, on ashlar plinths to the north and concrete to the south, with small brackets support the roof. Interior, paved with blue and red bricks and ashlar, has single central pump encased in wood and rising to the roof. North with iron spout with ashlar trough under. Attached to the east and south sides of the pump are wooden benches. Included for group value only.
