"The Box Office"
The Litten Tree, which has been closed for some time http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/956069 and http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1054468 , reopens with a more appropriate name, as the building was originally a cinema.

Long Eaton Post Office
The main post office in Long Eaton has moved about quite a bit in the last few years. Previous to here it was in the large Co-op on Main Street. When that closed it moved to this location on the corner of Market Place and Regent Street, which had just been vacated by The Yorkshire Bank.

Long Eaton War Memorial, Market Place
Designed by the renowned Gothic Revival architect, Sir Ninian Comper, in 1920, it has an octagonal shaft with a 4-sided head displaying a crucifixion on the west face and figures of saints on the other faces, in crocketted niches. Listed Grade II; although many war memorials were only first listed in the early 21st century, this was listed in 1986.

Iconic building under wraps
The grade II listed York Chambers building is currently undergoing restoration funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. It often features in articles about the town see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Long_Eaton and Image Personally I think it looks a lot better like this.

Iconic building revealed again
This building is perhaps Long Eaton's most distinctive. It is Grade II listed (LEN 1334838) http://list.english-heritage.org.uk/resultsingle.aspx?uid=1334838 . I'm not a fan and think it looks better here http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1908981 .

York Chambers, 38/40 Market Place, Long Eaton
Gable end of No.38. A Frith photo of the 1950s shows that this originally had the name York Chambers in relief, just visible as a change of texture, and that there was more decoration in the semicircle.
