Long Eaton War Memorial, Market Place

Designed by the renowned Gothic Revival architect, Sir Ninian Comper, in 1920, it has an octagonal shaft with a 4-sided head displaying a crucifixion on the west face and figures of saints on the other faces, in crocketted niches. Listed Grade II; although many war memorials were only first listed in the early 21st century, this was listed in 1986.
