Cast iron decoration
All the houses on the South (presumably older) side of Howard Street had these small cast iron fittings beside their front doors. I do not know what they are for, initially I assumed they were boot or shoe scrapers but there is a space above them inside the wall which would suggest a down-pipe of some sort.

St Thomas' Well
The notice reads 'This is the site of St Thomas' Well which dates back to 1239. It once provided one of the two principal sources of spring water in the town'. Apparently in the 19th Century it had a pant built into it.

Terraces on Dacre Street, Morpeth
On the northeast side of the town centre. These terraced houses seem to date from the second half of the 19th century, from map evidence.
