An open grassed area. Used to pasture horses. This one's tethered up on a very hot day. With no water in its bucket.

Friar's Goose Pumping Engine
These remains housed an engine built by Robert Stephenson in the early 19c. for pumping water from the coal mines below. Every pump stroke lifted about 195 galls and with one stroke every 10 seconds this removed over 1,500,000 gallons per day.
