Crouch Hall Road Surgery
The design and lettering of the Surgery illuminated sign suggest 1930's modernism but I suspect it is a modern replica. It certainly announces itself and gives off I think a reassuring feeling of medical care.

Traffic light pad on Coleridge Road, Crouch End
I haven't seen one of these for ages but someone found it on another site. They were used to detect cars approaching the traffic lights before they used radar, and this is no longer in use as the road is now one way so cannot approach Crouch End Broadway in that direction and there are no lights there either as the traffic only enters the road now.
