Crouch End: Crescent Road, N8
Victorian Gothic houses like these with their steeply pitched roofs and ecclesiastical windows are not uncommon in Crouch End. This one with a totally unsympathetic extension on the side actually belongs to the London Borough of Haringey, rather than being a private residence.

Traffic light pad on Coleridge Road, Crouch End
I haven't seen one of these for ages but someone found it on another site. They were used to detect cars approaching the traffic lights before they used radar, and this is no longer in use as the road is now one way so cannot approach Crouch End Broadway in that direction and there are no lights there either as the traffic only enters the road now.

Crouch End Hill, N8
These finely proportioned attractive shops with accommodation above are typical of many of the buildings that line the main roads in Crouch End. This is a block of five with the furthest one in buff part of the set. The third floor dormer windows are of two designs. The road is the A103 Crouch End Hill.

Crouch End
View down Crouch End Hill, the A103, towards Broadway where it meets Crouch Hill the A1201. The delivery motorbikes all belong to Too Too Moo a Pan Asian Restaurant. All the drivers of the motor bikes seem to be Learner drivers with "L" plates.
